The bed and breakfast rooms are situated next to the château in the former 'chai à barriques', where the wine used to age in oak casks. The rooms are completely renovated and redecorated this spring to welcome you with all the modern comfort. Of course the traditional qualities of the building have been respected such as the beautiful exposed beams and exposed stone walls.
Château Coulon Laurensac is not a hotel and therefore does not offer hotel service like room service, 24/7 reception etc. (There is no air conditioning in our rooms). What you can expect is a warm welcome, kind hospitality and a personal touch.
A gourmet breakfast is served every morning in the enchanting garden room of the château.
Junior suite Margaux (60 m2, 645 square feet)
Margaux with its beautiful exposed beams and exposed stone walls is a contemporary furnished spacious junior suite on the ground floor with an ensuite bedroom.
There is a double bed (box spring, 1.60 * 2.00 m).
Margaux offers a deluxe bathroom with a shower, Jacuzzi, WC and double washbasin.
In the living room area you will find two sofas and a TV with DVD player, and a telephone. You can borrow as many of our DVD's as you like.
Margaux has a modern light en well-equipped kitchen/dining room (table, four chairs) and the possibility to prepare meals. The room has central heating.
Margaux overlooks the park with the château and has its own terrace with garden furniture.
The room is non-smoking and, sorry no pets allowed.

Swimming Pool
A large (6*12m) swimming pool with two roman steps, stunningly set at the south side of the château, offers refreshing moments on sunny summer days. For the safety of children on the site, the pool area is fenced and gated and equipped with an alarm system, in accordance with the French government regulations.
