This beautiful 200 year old building has been completely renovated in 2011 in order to welcome you. It's in here that in days gone by, the wine production of Château Coulon Laurensac used to age. Now it is an inviting holiday apartment which welcomes you with all the modern comfort. We kept the traditional style of the building such as the 200 years old floor tiles.

Pauillac (2 persons, 44 m2 ) [437 square feet]
The intimate cottage "Pauillac" has all the right ingredients for a perfect holiday. This stylish apartment is finished to a high standard with lots of home from home comforts and is furnished in a contemporary style. This elegant ground floor gîte, comes with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen.
Complementary high speed Internet access and a TV (flat screen, 32 inch) with DVD player are all at your disposal to make for a comfortable stay. If we are at home, you can come and borrow as many DVDs as you like. In addition to the French television there is a wide selection of satellite channels. Among them many British and American channels like BBC, Sky news, CNN, etc. An audio set with iPod of iPhone docking station and radio complete the technical equipment of your accommodation.
Pauillac overlooks the park and boasts a lovely terrace with garden furniture and parasol.

Furnishing and equipment
The living room area in this studio apartment has two lounge chairs. The kitchen area is brand new and well-equipped (table, two chairs). There is a cooker, fridge with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, etc. As well as bowls and pans, there is a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron and vacuum cleaner, in short, everything you need for a comfortable stay.
There is a central laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble-dryer you can use at no extra charge.

Bedding and bathroom
Pauillac has a double bed (box spring, 1.60 x 2.00m) [5.5 feet by 6.6 feet]. When you arrive at the Château, the bed is already made. The beds are provided with duvets. Bed linen and towels are included. (Please bring your own beach or pool towels).
This inviting vacation house has a large deluxe bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, separate shower, WC and double washbasins (see picture above on this page).

The gîte is non-smoking, and sorry, no pets are allowed.

Swimming pool
You can enjoy moments of leisure or take a dip in our large heated swimming pool (6 by 12m) [807 square feet]. The pool, which has two roman steps, is stunningly set at the south side of the château.
The pool is heated from early May until the end of October.
